Larry Hulsmans, MBA, CD, PCC
Founder & Integrator
Larry is passionate about the development of leadership ability in others. He has more than 20 years experience in the private and public sectors in management and leadership development. Larry is President of Reframe Leadership Inc., a company specializing in high impact leadership development, team effectiveness and coaching. Larry also serves as faculty member for the University of Alberta School of Business and Executive Education.
Larry works with several Top 10 and Top 50 Companies in Canada and the US.He has vast experience in designing and delivering high impact leadership and management development experiences to organizations such as Canadian Blood Services, City of Edmonton School of Business, Coril Group, Nexen, Marks Work Wearhouse, TransAlta, EnCana, Farm Credit Canada, The Family Centre Edmonton, Ducks Unlimited, the Young Entrepreneurs Organization, Alberta Agriculture, the Government of the Cayman Islands, The Alberta Conservation Association, SaskPower Corporation and others.

Ginette Gamache, B.Ed, MCPsy

Ginette is an experienced coach, facilitator, educator, and counsellor. Ginette has a Bachelors of Education with a minor in Psychology and a Masters of Counselling Psychology. Ginette is an excellent coach with a reputation for helping people develop the insights they need to be more effective leaders and coaches. Some of her clients include the Alberta Gaming Commission, Alberta Agriculture, City of Edmonton, and Farm Credit Canada.

As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and member of the International Coaching Federation, Erin focuses on practical leadership development. Either through one-on-one sessions or learning workshops, either in person or virtually, Erin works with executives and leaders, helping them develop the leadership competencies needed to deliver on organizational strategies.
Mike Shaw
Facilitator & Coach
Mike Shaw has been a facilitator specializing in experiential learning and outdoor education for over 25 years. Mike has a strong reputation for using the outdoors as a powerful and enjoyable learning environment. People appreciate his ability to create an environment of trust, safety and confidence. He is a member of the Association of Canadian Mountain Guides (ACMG) and the Association of Challenge Course Technology (ACCT).
Vivianne Gamache-Clews
Fitness & Nutrition
Vivianne is very passionate about health and wellness and understands the principles of good nutrition and healthy living. Vivianne has taught fitness for 30 years and provides nutritional seminars on various health-related topics. She has achieved a Diploma in Nutrition through the Institute of Nutrition in British Columbia and is a certified Meditation Instructor. In addition, Vivianne is a City Planner and holds a Bachelor of Environmental Studies from the University of Waterloo, Ontario.
Franc Godri
Facilitator & Coach
As an officer, pilot, international arms inspector and corporate executive, Franc worked and led within deeply ingrained leadership and performance cultures. During this time, he occasionally witnessed the sometimes obsessive focus on bottom line goals where employees were systems to be managed instead of gifted team members to be lead.
Colin Funk
Creative Lead
Colin Funk has spent the last 25 years working as a facilitator, director and theatre producer throughout western Canada. Former director of the Leadership Learning Lab and Creativity and Innovation at The Banff Centre, Colin currently works as a creative process facilitator focussing on leadership development using experiential and creative processes.
