This session will focus on how overeating sugar and stress impacts the body. It will include how insulin and glucagon balance sugar levels and insulin resistance. It will dive into what happens at a cellular level when the cells receive too much sugar. It will also discuss how too much sugar and stress leads to diseases. Finally, the session will focus on wellness strategies to improve health and manage stress.
