After this workshop, participants will:
- Understand and apply a variety of change models including competing commitments
- Understand the critical steps in creating alignment and engagement at the exectutive team level in order to begin a transformational journey.
- Understand how culture is created and be able to define critical cultural drivers for their organization
- Develop a high level roadmap for large scale organizational change that embraces complexity and fosters pschological saftey in the process
