Leadership has never been more complex and disruptive, yet we tend to employ traditional approaches rooted in the past. This workshop provides leaders with new skills, perspectives, and frameworks to expand their leadership effectiveness in complexity. Leaders will learn to identify what type of environment they are presently experiencing and then shift their leadership style and approach to engage their teams and their environment differently.
