Tools and models are not enough to make leaders effective. Truly effective leaders have done the deeper work around their own leadership edges. They know themselves deeply including how they get in their own way and undermine themselves. Just as importantly, effective leaders have the ability to tap into their confidence and own experience in a way that allows them to demonstrate emotional intelligence, be resilient and centred, and, in doing so, support others effectively.
