Building happiness is a powerful way to help people lead more engaging and healthy
lives. The ability to be happier is possible. This workshop will help you to
understand what is going on in the brain and the body that may be getting in the way of a
being happy and will help you build the skills and habits that will lead to a more
positive outlook.

After this workshop, participants will:

  • Understand what stress is.
  • Understand the impact of too much stress on the body.
  • Understand what causes stress for you.
  • Recognize what your warning signs are when you are dealing with too much stress.
  • Be able to utilize practices and behaviours that help you manage stress in the body in a way that works for you personally.
