Reframe Leadership

Programs for the level where change actually happens.

Every program is designed with your team and your context. Each can run as a half-day session, a multi-day program, or a series, online or in person. Start with the level you're working at; the work connects across all three.

Designed with your team. Typically ½ day to 3 days. Virtual or in person; the Presence pieces are in person.

The foundation

Presence Under Load

Presence is a way of being that needs constant shaping at the levels of being, doing and achieving, which map to Hold, Adapt and Shape. It has two formal parts plus coaching.

Introduction to Presence

1 day, in person.

The three levels: Hold (how you show up under pressure), Adapt (how you respond when your approach stops working), Shape (how you create results through others).

Presence Intensive

3 days, in person.

One day per theme. Hold: grounding, somatic practice, working with triggers. Adapt: Randori (live practice under challenge), staying fluid under challenge, making and receiving requests. Shape: commitments, declarations, saying no from a deeper yes.

Executive coaching

Ongoing, alongside both.

One-to-one support to practice and deepen Presence at work.

Hold
Decisions stay sound when the stakes rise.
Adapt
You change course sooner, before the cost compounds.
Shape
Strategy gets executed because you lead it, not just announce it.
